Personal/private or small group retreats are facilitated by Linda L. Davis, MSW, a Clinical Social Worker with over 25 years of experience in helping people give up cigarettes in natural, healthy ways.  Our program uses counseling, mindfulness, relaxation, hypnosis, nutrition, nature walks, massage therapy, yoga and meditation to support you in freeing yourself from smoking.
